Who we are

Wellness Thai Massage, 1st Floor, 93 Constitution Street, Leith, Edinburgh EH6 7AE. We are responsible for the personal information described here. If you have any questions, email wellnessthaimassage1@gmail.com or call 0749 2890 900.

Booking online

Our online booking is provided by Setmore. When you book, Setmore collects your name, email address, phone number, the treatment, date and time you choose, and anything you add in the notes. We use this to arrange your appointment, send confirmations and reminders, and contact you if we need to change anything. We use it because you have asked us to provide a treatment.

If you tell us about an injury or health condition, we use it only so we can massage you safely, and only with your agreement. Setmore stores booking details on our behalf and handles them under its own privacy policy.

The map on our website

The map on our home page is embedded from Google Maps. When it loads, Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy. Our website itself does not use analytics cookies. The Setmore booking window, provided by Setmore, may set its own cookies and load analytics tools when you open it. See Setmore's privacy policy for details.

Phone, text and email

If you call, text or email us, we will see your phone number or email address and what you send. We use these only to reply to you and to manage your bookings or gift vouchers. We never sell your details or use them for marketing.

How long we keep your details

We keep booking records for up to 2 years, then delete them. Messages by phone, text and email are kept for up to 2 years, then deleted.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

To use any of these rights, email or call us. We will reply within one month.
